Siok Teng has more than 20 years of experience with large audit firms which includes Ernst & Young, KPMG and PwC, encompassing experience in external audit, accounting technical and review of capital market transactions. Her experience includes clientele in manufacturing, trading, property developer, plantation and water utility industries. For review of capital market transactions, she handled review of reports for cash flows forecast and projections, proforma financial information included proposed initial public offerings, right issues, acquisition and disposals of businesses.

Siok Teng is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”), and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”). She graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Accounting).

Siok Teng is pleasant, committed and is a team player. During leisure, Siok Teng has passion for volunteer work with religious charitable organisations. She takes care of her personal well-being by relaxing and practising meditation.
