Our Journey
2007
Founded in 2007 as an outsourcing and business consultancy firm geared to the needs of small and medium sized enterprises. Set-up office with 1 staff serving 3 companies working in one tiny rented room using MYOB accounting system.
2011
Achieved company-wide targets and made our first company trip to Singapore.
2013
Gained our first foreign client from the property management industry.
2016
We migrated to QuickBooks Online, enabling clients to share the same platform to issue their own invoices, track their customer payments, view their financials 24/7, reducing turnaround time.
2019
We added Xero cloud accounting as another expansion to our offerings. We also collaborated and built strategic partnerships with strong and industry-proven organisations like Foo, Lee, An & Associates for audit and tax.
2021
InTune introduced Accountant Outsource services to increase our offerings and to cater to the needs of larger SMEs. InTune also won the SME Consulting Firm of the year from Prestige Awards.
2023
InTune won the APAC South East Asia Business Awards for Best SME Accounting & HR Consulting Firm in May 2023.
2009
Needing to expand, we took over the entire office and increased our manpower to 6 staff.
2012
Increased to 12 staff and added Human Resource services to our operations. We also offered internships for accounting students.
2015
The Royal Malaysian Customs Department introduced GST on 1st April. We built our team to 18 staff.
2017
In moving with the internet banking trend, we converted 95% of our clients to online banking for all payments.
2020
InTune has served over 300 companies ranging in size from small startups to regional offices, in Malaysia, Singapore and United Kingdom. No matter the client, the promise remains the same: to be a dependable source of knowledge and manpower, providing the direction to growth, whilst always remaining in-tune with the needs of the business.
2022
InTune widened our scope of HR admin services to include recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, managing of delinquent staff and HR strategic services in various packages and budgets to better serve the requirements of clients. InTune also migrated its HR system to the cloud.
2024
InTune gained approval as a HRD Corp Registered Training Provider and is able to provide HRD Corp claimable trainings for clients.
