Adlina Dahlia, also fondly known as Dahlia, is a naturally bubbly person by nature. As a work buddy, she is compassionate, gentle and wise, making colleagues feel at ease every time around her.

Dahlia graduated from University Teknologi Mara (UiTM) with a Degree in Human Resource Management. She started her career in 2019, specifically in payroll in the F&B industry for almost 4 years and joined InTune Outsourcing in 2022 as a Human Resource Executive. In 2024, she was promoted to Senior Executive, Human Resource, where she oversees her own HR team.

At InTune Outsourcing, Dahlia gets the chance to work with clients in a variety of industries including construction, engineering, NGO, education, advertising and logistics. She believes being exposed to many different backgrounds will develop experience, showcasing continuous professional growth. She also believes that in taking risks, she gets to learn about her own strengths and weaknesses that lead to new opportunities and help to build confidence.

Dahlia enjoys travelling and wishes to travel the world one day. Her current travel wish list is to visit New York City, seeing the Northern Lights and to experience the safari in Africa.
