A. For Individuals
– RM3,000 childcare relief extended (kids ≤12).
– Therapy relief for special needs kids raised to RM10,000.
– All KKM-approved vaccines now claimable.
– Insurance/takaful relief (RM3,000) now covers children’s policies.
– RM1,000 relief for domestic tourism (Visit Malaysia 2026).
– Lifestyle relief (RM2,500) now includes food waste shredders.
– Hajj EPF withdrawal limit raised to RM10,000.
B. For Businesses & SMEs
– Extra 50% deduction for AI & cybersecurity training.
– 100% green tech allowance (MyHIJAU-certified local tech).
– Agriculture: 10 years tax-free for new food projects, 5 years for expansion.
– Farm automation & venture capital incentives extended.
– Double deduction for OKU care-worker training.
– Heavy vehicle speed limiter – full write-off in 1 year.
C. Property & Stamp Duty
– First homes ≤ RM500,000: no stamp duty till 2027.
– Foreign buyers: 8% stamp duty (PRs excluded).
– Commercial to residential conversion: 10% cost deduction (up to RM10m).
D. Other Key Changes
– Cigarettes +2 sen/stick, alcohol +10% (Nov 2025).
– Langkawi/Labuan car tax-free cap at RM300,000.
– Carbon tax starts 2026 (iron, steel, energy sectors).
– E-invoicing nationwide in 2026.
